What changed (design only — content kept)

Look: "Coastal Estate": ink #141311 + limestone #F6F3ED + brass #A8834B, built around the black engraved-palm logo. Fraunces serif headlines, Inter text, square corners, hairline rules, palm watermark.
Theme remap (tailwind.config.js): old teal-* → brass scale, gray-* → warm stone; blue/indigo/purple/cyan/pink/orange/amber fold into stone/brass, so all 12k lines of legacy markup pick up the new palette. Legacy gradients flatten to ink (or limestone for pale ones) in css/tailwind.css.
Rewritten: header (ink top bar with license + phone, full palm-shield logo, ink CTA), homepage hero, footer, new branded 404.html.
Emoji icons (~120) replaced with the palm-shield seal or a brass diamond.
Blog images that are missing now fall back to a faint palm instead of a broken box.
